Founded in 1967, and operating in Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, South Pacific and the Middle East, Roadbridge is a leader in Civil Engineering. Roadbridge has the experience, capability and a proven track record in delivering major projects across a range of sectors on time and on budget. The company has completed major projects to the highest standards of quality for clients in the transport, renewables and energy, utilities, commercial, industrial, waste management and leisure sectors. Chairman Jim Mulcair
Jim began work for Roadbridge in 1984, starting as a Site Engineer, Site Agent and Projects Manager before being appointed as Director in 1999. He became Chairman of Roadbridge in 2012. Jim is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland and has extensive experience in International contract procurement. His extensive project experience covers all aspects of civil engineering from Site Developments, Mining, Gas Pipelines, Motorways, etc.

Managing Director Conor Gilligan
Conor has 25 years’ experience working in Ireland's construction industry. Having graduated from University College Cork with a degree in Economics and Mathematics and having studied Accountancy through the A.C.C.A. he spent a brief period with C&C plc before joining Roadbridge . He became Financial Controller of the company in 1993 and was responsible for the setting up and incorporation of Roadbridge in 1999 of which he was appointed to the Board as Director with responsibility for finance. He was appointed Managing Director in 2003 and has overseen the expansion of Roadbridge in both the Irish and International Construction Markets.

Director for HSEQ and Procurement Morgan Sheehy
Morgan has over nineteen years experience working in a contracting background. He has been responsible for the successful management/completion of various infrastructure projects for both local authorities and private industry both in Ireland and abroad. Disciplines include highways and bridges, commercial/ industrial developments, sewerage, communications and other mains services. He has a Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University College Cork and is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland as well as achieving Eur Ing, qualification. Morgan as well as having responsibility for Procurement and HSEQ is also responsible for many infrastructural projects throughout Ireland.

Director Des Mulcair
Des joined Roadbridge in 1988 as a Site Engineer, leading onto work as a Contracts Manager, before being appointed as Director in 1999. He is an experienced Chartered Engineer and manager who has worked on major motorway, gas pipeline and site development schemes in Ireland and overseas.

Director Pat McCarthy
Pat joined Roadbridge as a Site Technician in 1986 and has been promoted through the organisation and was made a company director in 2000. He has worked with Roadbridge for over25 years where he has acquired considerable knowledge of civil engineering methods and techniques on some major civil engineering projects such as the M8 Cashel to Mitchelstown ECI Motorway and the N8 Rathcormac/Fermoy Bypass, as well as working in overseas markets.

Director John Duggan
John joined Roadbridge in 1992 and worked as a Site Engineer, progressing to Site Agent, Contracts Manager and Project Manager before being appointed as Director in 2003. He has over 22 years of civil engineering and construction experience with extensive background in managing and directing projects with multiple stakeholder interfaces and major traffic management. John is currently responsible for infrastructural projects in Ireland and United Kingdom.
