The Dun Laoghaire Golf project was awarded to Roadbridge Ltd. in May 2004. Roadbridge Ltd. formed part of a joint venture namely Southern Golf Construction Ltd. Hawtree Ltd was the designer for the golf course and O’ Connor Sutton Cronin & Associates were the Consulting Engineers for the Civil Works.
Project Description
The development consists of a 27 hole golf course, clubhouse, maintenance yard and bowling green covering an approximate area of 130 hectares.
